To all members of the Davis High School, Class of '67, there will be Graveside Service with Memorial for our Classmate Suzanne Wilson (Sprankle) who passed March 17, 2020. She is the sister of David Sprankle, Davis High Class of 1968. She was more than a sister-in-law to Janette Sprankle; she considered herself as a Sister and best friend. She was one of the most caring, loving, and generous person who always had a smile and hug for everyone. She has been dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Cathy, Mark Rigby informed me last night of Jimmy's passing. I am so sorry to hear this, and feel bad that we are all getting closer to this time of our lives. Condolences to your family. Altho I haven't seen Jim for years, I've always held a special place in my heart because of his relationship with Woody, Sjoblom, Steve Wood, and Mark. And the impression I'm always left with was when they rolled the truck down Farmington Canyon. How blessed they all were not to have died then!
I would love to be able to come to his service, but not sure if I can miss work...Yes, I'm still working.
Hope you and your family have remained safe thru the pandemic. Would you send me the link for his obit so I can put something out for our Farmington friends?
Love and Blessings of the sweet memories your family share of Jim.
HAPPY NEW YEAR, to Dave, Jamie and family. Just want to let you know how much I appreaciated your note. I also hope for a time in the near future where we can once again gather with groups of family and friends, without the threat that we lived with in 2020. I always thought that 20/20 was a state of perfect vision; however, like most other of my impressions, I assumed wrong.
Hoping you have a wonderful year of blessings for health and happiness.
Good to see some life out of you, Bruce. The last time we chatted was at the last Criddle get-together. I hope you and your family are staying healthy.
Posting this from Judi's family Facebook post. It seems like yesterday that Judi was hanging out in the halls of dear ol' Davis High. And in this uncertain time of our history, I see where she has made the Eternal Exit. We lost our beloved grandma Judi this week. We are devastated and so very heartbroken... we are also at peace knowing she is resting in the arms of the one true Savior. We loved her dearly and our family is mourning the loss of a beautiful human being ??
A few things we will always love and miss about our Grandma Judi?? She is special and I want to always remember her in this way:
Her sweet smile
Her smiling eyes
Her soft spoken tone
Her patience
Her homemade pesto pasta and just her yummy cooking in general
Her craftiness and willingness to try anything, she made an absolutely beautiful quilt for each of my two babies, her only grandchildren. She also made raggedly Ann and Andy dolls for Fiona, their fabric Easter baskets, books, a jewelry box and so many more things that we will cherish forever. She even put a new zipper in my favorite work out jacket that I’ve had forever and now I will make sure to keep it forever as well.
She got the kids their first Bibles
She baked the most amazing cupcakes for Fiona’s baby shower.. I think I ate like ten of them between myself and baby Fiona who was still in my tummy. They were lavender with gold sprinkles ??
We didn’t see her as often as we would have liked with living so far apart but when we did it was always a joyous occasion and the kids just adored her. She would read to them, get on the floor and play with them, pick raspberries together and explore her beautiful garden together. We would take long morning walks together. We truly loved her and every time I think of her tears swell and I just want to reach out and hug her. I miss her.. we all miss her.
We love you grandma Judi ?? May you rest in peace in Gods open arms. No more pain, no more sorrow. Only Him ????
